When I was a kid I didn’t eat that much vegetables. Aside from carrots, squash, potatoes, and cabbages, everything else had to be forced down my digestive system. Broccoli was one that I particularly didn’t like. It looked too unsavoury for me. I preferred the similar-looking but semi-appealing looking cauliflower. Now, broccoli has become my most favourite vegetable and I often pair it with three eggs as part of my first meal for the day.
